Deposit is required, equal to one month's rental -- refundable if reservation is cancelled 14 days or more before first reserved date, or if you can reschedule, or if  reserved situation can be re-rented for all or most of the time you reserved. 

Due to the many people who have asthma, allergies, chemical sensitivities (MCS), and to our commitment to the environment, we are unable to accommodate dogs and ask that guests refrain from the use of perfumes, colognes, hair sprays and other chemically "fragranced"
hair, skin, and laundry products.

Special Needs:  Please let us know if you have any type of special requirements to make your stay more comfortable. 

Amenities:  Cable TV, books, puzzles, CD's and tapes (no kidding, tapes...we even still have some excellent videos and a VCR!), board games, and cards, badminton and croquet sets are all available.  Space for bicycle, motorcycle, kayak.  Horse & carriage rides are available,and  they can pick you up at at the door for a scenic tour ride or to deliver you to a restaurant, or back here after dining downtown.
