Deposit is required -- refundable if reservation is cancelled 7 or more days before first reserved date, or if you re-schedule, or if your reserved situation can be re-rented for all or most of the time you reserved.  Depost of one night's room rental for guest suite; one week's or month's rental for apartment...depending on length of stay.

Due to the many people who have asthma, allergies, chemical sensitivities (MCS), and to our commitment to the environment, we are unable to accommodate dogs and ask that guests refrain from the use of perfumes, colognes, hair sprays and other chemically fragranced hair, skin, and laundry products.  Natural & organic soaps, lotions and other healthy amenities are furnished here.  Guests may smoke outdoors.

Special Needs:  Please let us know if you have any type of special requirements to make your stay more comfortable. 

Amenities:  Cable TV, videos/VCR, books, puzzles, CD's and tapes, board games, and cards are all available.  Space for bicycle, motorcycle, and small boat parking. Space available for meetings, projects, classes.   Horse & carriage rides are available and they will pick you up at at the door for a scenic tour ride or to deliver you to a restaurant, or back here after dining downtown.
